3D Printing Service

Why 3D Printing?

There are many reasons why you need 3D printing service and application. Here are the main reasons from our view as a tooling and molding supplier.

Super Fast Delivery
Compared to CNC machined prototypes, 3D printing is significantly faster — get parts in as little as 1-3 days for urgent projects.
Check Cosmetic Looking
Verify the visual appearance, shape, and ergonomics of your product design before committing to expensive tooling.
Check Part Functionality
Test fit, form, and function of parts. Validate assembly, mating interfaces, and mechanical performance before production.
Test Market Response
Launch limited runs to gauge market interest before investing in full production tooling and inventory.
Lower Risk on Tooling
Reduce the risk of costly tooling mistakes by validating your design with 3D printed prototypes before committing to injection molds.
Design Iteration
Quickly iterate on designs with low-cost prints. Each iteration cycle can be completed in days instead of weeks.
3D Printing Materials
Materials

What Materials Can Be Printed?

Due to technology limitations, we cannot print all existing resins. Here are the materials we frequently print at the moment:

ABS Nylon PC PS POM PLA UV Photopolymer TPU Resin

* Natural color for PLA is milk white or semi-transparent. For other colors such as black or tan, we will need to paint them to achieve the desired color.

3D Printing Technologies We Offer

We support multiple 3D printing technologies to meet different project requirements for material, resolution, and speed.

FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling)
  • Most cost-effective technology
  • Wide range of thermoplastics
  • Good for functional prototypes
  • Layer resolution: 0.1-0.3mm
  • Max build size: 300×300×400mm
  • Materials: ABS, PLA, Nylon, PETG, TPU
SLA (Stereolithography)
  • Highest surface finish quality
  • Excellent for detailed parts
  • Smooth surface, fine features
  • Layer resolution: 0.025-0.1mm
  • Max build size: 250×250×250mm
  • Materials: Standard Resin, Tough Resin, Flexible Resin
SLS (Selective Laser Sintering)
  • Strong, functional parts
  • No support structures needed
  • Complex geometries possible
  • Layer resolution: 0.08-0.12mm
  • Max build size: 350×350×400mm
  • Materials: Nylon PA12, Nylon PA11, TPU

3D Printing vs Injection Molding
When to Choose 3D Printing

3D Printing vs Injection Molding

3D printing and injection molding serve different purposes. Here's when to choose 3D printing:

  • Low volume: 1 to 100 parts
  • Prototyping and design validation
  • Complex geometries impossible with molding
  • Rush projects with 1-3 day turnaround
  • Budget too low for tooling investment

For higher volumes (100+ parts), injection molding becomes more cost-effective per unit.
