Mold Design & Analysis

Before any tooling begins, our engineering team conducts a thorough mold design analysis (DFM). We identify potential issues such as undercuts, wall thickness variations, and gate locations that could affect part quality.

We provide free mold flow analysis to optimize filling patterns, predict weld lines, and minimize warpage — ensuring your mold is designed right the first time, saving you time and cost in the long run.

Quality Control Process

Incoming Material Inspection

Every batch of raw material is tested for composition, moisture content, and mechanical properties before entering production. Certificates of analysis are verified against specifications.

In-Process Monitoring

Real-time monitoring of injection pressure, temperature, and cycle time. First article inspection (FAI) is performed at the start of every production run to validate process parameters.

Final Inspection & Testing

Comprehensive dimensional inspection using CMM, optical comparators, and gauges. Visual inspection for surface defects, color consistency, and texture matching against reference standards.

Quality Documentation

Full dimensional reports, material certificates, and process records are provided with every shipment. PPAP and FAI reports available upon request for automotive and medical projects.

Mold Maintenance

Our facility houses 40+ injection molding machines ranging from 50 to 1200 tons, equipped with robotic arms for consistent part removal. Clean room injection molding is available for medical and optical applications.

Quality lab equipment includes CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), optical projector, Shore hardness tester, tensile tester, and color spectrophotometer for comprehensive part validation.

2. DFM & Mold Design

Our engineers perform Design for Manufacturing analysis and create detailed mold designs with mold flow simulation for your approval before tooling begins.

3. Mold Fabrication

CNC machining, EDM, and wire cutting are used to build precision molds. T1 samples are produced within the agreed lead time for your first review.

4. Sample Approval

Samples are inspected and shipped to you for approval. We provide dimensional reports, material certificates, and any required testing data with each sample shipment.

5. Production & QC

Full production run with in-process quality checks. SPC monitoring, hourly inspections, and first-article verification ensure consistent quality throughout the run.

6. Shipping & Support

Final inspection, packaging, and shipping via your preferred logistics. Post-delivery support includes mold storage, maintenance, and future production scheduling.
